PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

J17 / 1435/2019, CUI 41460839, processes the personal data of customers in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, applicable from 25 May 2018.
Through this document, in the spirit of one of the principles of the regulation - transparency, we inform you about how we collect, use, transmit and protect your data, when you contact us, in order to conclude a transaction for the delivery of our products.

1. WHAT TYPE OF DATA DO WE PROCESS ?
The data we process is collected directly from you, our customers, when you register on our site and create an account. In this way we get to know the name, surname and email address. Within your page - "my account", you can add additional information: phone number, photo, date of birth, delivery address, address, bank account details, etc.
When you want to shop and place an order, you give us information about the product (s) ordered, name and surname, delivery address, billing details, how to make payment, phone number, account details banking, etc.
We want to make it clear that we do not process sensitive data and we do not want to process data of minors.
2. FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS THE DATA AND WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS ?
Your personal data are processed for the purpose of concluding and executing a sale-purchase contract - art. 6, para. 1, letter b, of the EU Regulation, and the provision of this service, implies:
- creation and administration of the buyer's account;
- taking the order, validating it, shipping the product and invoicing it;
- finding solutions in case of order cancellation, or any other problems related to order fulfillment;
- returning the product in accordance with the law and reimbursing its value.
In order to improve our services, we may collect and use some information about your buyer behavior, we may ask you to complete satisfaction questionnaires regarding orders and the conditions under which they were honored, we may do it alone, or together with certain partners, studies and market research.
For marketing, we can periodically inform you about the best offers, we can send you by any type of e-mail, sms, etc. information on products similar to those you have purchased, or have been interested in, we may send you information on offers or promotions.
3. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA STORED ?
Generally, your personal data is stored as long as you have an account on our platform.
In the spirit of the provisions of the European regulation, you can always ask us to update, correct or delete certain information, or close your account.
If your account is not accessed for one year, the personal data concerning you will be deleted, subject to the retention of certain data, if the law, or our legitimate interests, so require.
4. REGARDING THE TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
It is possible for your personal data to be transmitted, or to offer the possibility to access data to some partners, such as:

As an operator, we have established a procedure by which we have implemented technical and organizational measures to fulfill the obligations regarding the preparation, receipt, storage, access, transmission, use and delivery of documents containing personal data, security and control of our own information systems, in in order to ensure the confidentiality of data and information, of accidental or illegal destruction, loss, modification, disclosure or unauthorized access. We do not assume any responsibility in case of unpleasant situations, incidents, due to the operation of the Internet. As far as we are concerned, your personal data is fully secure.
6. THE RIGHTS OF PERSONS WHOSE PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED AND / OR PROCESSED
6.1 The right to be informed
Personal data, being obtained directly from the data subject, we provide at least the following information: the purpose for which the data is processed, additional information, such as: recipients or categories of recipients of data, the existence of rights provided by law for the data subject , in particular the right of access, rectification and erasure, to the restriction of processing, of intervention on data and of opposition, as well as the conditions under which they may be exercised. Through this document you are informed about the requirements of the regulation.
6.2. The right to access data
As a data subject, you have the right to obtain from us confirmation that the data concerning you are or are not processed by us and to receive information regarding the purposes of processing, the categories of data considered and the recipients or categories of recipients. to whom the data are disclosed, the period for which personal data are expected to be stored. You can request the above information from us through a written request, signed and registered at the company's registry. In the application you can indicate if you want the information to be communicated to a specific address, which can also be by e-mail, or through a correspondence service to ensure that the delivery will be done only in person. We undertake to communicate the requested information within one month from the date of receipt of the request.
6.3. The right to intervene on the data
You have the right to obtain from us, upon request and free of charge, the rectification, updating, blocking or deletion of data whose processing is not compliant, in particular incomplete or inaccurate data, as well as the transformation into anonymous data of the data whose processing is not compliant.
6.4. The right of opposition
As the data subject, you have the right to object at any time, for good and legitimate reasons related to your particular situation, as data intended to be processed, unless there are legal provisions to the contrary. In case of justified opposition, the processing can no longer target the data in question.
6.5. The right to go to court
Without prejudice to the possibility of filing a complaint with the supervisory authority, you have the right to go to court to defend any rights guaranteed by law that have been violated.
7. WHAT CAN HAPPEN IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE US THE DATA ?
You are not obliged to provide us with the personal data referred to in this document. You have the freedom to decide what data you choose to send us. However, if you do not provide us with the data we have requested, then it will not be possible for us to provide you, in the safest conditions, with the requested services.
8. DEFINITION OF THE TERMS USED

d) "data controller" means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
e) "consignee" means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body to whom personal data are disclosed… "
f) "supervisory authority" means an independent public authority established by a Member State pursuant to Art. 51 ”of the European regulation.
